Choose your size.
Regular comes with 1 protein and 5 toppings, Deluxe with 2 proteins and 6 toppings, Triple with 3 proteins and 7 toppings.
Choose your protein.
Crispy chicken, Hawaiian garlic butter shrimp, shiitake tofu, shoyu or spicy tuna, shoyu, yuzu or spicy salmon, crispy shrimp, Hawaiian Spam or bulgogi beef.
Choose your base.
White rice, brown rice, mixed greens or rice noodles. Pick one, or mix two.
Choose your toppings.
Corn, edamame, cucumber, seaweed salad, onion chips, roasted peanuts, jalapeño, furikake and more. Add avocado, crab meat, mango or a fried egg for a little extra.
Choose your sauces.
Up to three: spicy mayo, Hawaiian poké, honey yuzu, sesame mayo, honey wasabi mayo, teriyaki, chili oil, honey sriracha and more.

I’ve been going to Honu Poke for their signature bowls, and they never disappoint. The ingredients are always fresh, and the portion sizes are really satisfying for the price. I love how well-balanced the bowls are, you get a great mix of flavours without anything overpowering the rest.

Two spots in Winnipeg: 2539 Main St, Unit 3, and downtown at 190 Smith St, Unit 1, inside 190 Apartment Suites.
When are you open?
Main Street: Monday to Thursday 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM. Downtown: Monday to Friday 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM, Saturday 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Both are closed on Sunday.
Can I eat in?
Yes. Both locations are open for dine-in, pickup and delivery.
How does build-your-own work?
Pick a size: Regular (1 protein, 5 toppings), Deluxe (2 proteins, 6 toppings) or Triple (3 proteins, 7 toppings). Every bowl is 32 oz. Then choose your base, your toppings and up to three sauces. Make it a combo to add miso soup and a drink.
Do you have vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes. Shiitake tofu is on the protein list, the in-store menu marks plant-based (V) and gluten-friendly (GF) options, and gluten-free soy sauce is on the menu as an add-on.
Do you have bubble tea?
Yes, in 16 flavours, from taro, mango and matcha to Oreo and piña colada. Choose tapioca, brown sugar, passion fruit or pomegranate pearls, or lychee jelly. Swap in almond or soy milk, and pick regular, half or no sugar.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Order online for pickup or delivery from either location.
